A Vegas story, served warm
Before there was a dessert truck, there was a family with a shared love of good food—and more than 18 years of experience serving and building Las Vegas.
Our family has worked in the casino industry and with Laborers Union Local 872, contributing to landmark projects including Allegiant Stadium and Resorts World Las Vegas. Those years taught us that memorable experiences come down to preparation, pride in the details, and taking care of people.
Iced Sugar Factory brings those lessons together with something we’ve always loved: the simple joy of sharing dessert. What began as a father-and-daughter venture is now a family business where we create together, teach the next generation about entrepreneurship, and give back to the community we call home.
